Refund Policy

Please note, due to the custom print-to-order process, all sales are final.

As of this time I am not able to offer returns, refunds, cancelations or exchanges on any items.

 

 

Shipping

Shipping is typically flat rate shipping. As soon as you hit "complete order" button in checkout, your order is sent to be CUSTOM MADE. (This is why I am unable to offer refunds at this time.)  The shirt(s) you ordered are custom picked by you, custom made for what you have specifically ordered and printed. Once they are completed, they are then shipped directly to you.

From the moment you purchase your items, until they arrive at your door, shipping times will vary. I live in central IL, and it took 7 days and then next order took 10 days.

This will vary depending on your order size, your location and the different items you may have ordered. 

NOTE: if you order stickers, they may ship separate than your shirt or hoodie order!  Some shirts may ship separate than hoodies or tanks as well as they are shipped as soon as they are done!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive your item and it is defective from the printing process, email me to start communications for a return.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Text Marketing and Notifications

By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed [30] a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. Message and data rates may apply.
