Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING- Orders typically ship within 7-14 days, depending on the number of orders we are processing, the number of items you ordered, and current warehouse volume. We work hard to process each order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and accuracy you expect. Once your order ships, you'll receive a conformation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note that the shipping times may vary during peal seasons or promotional events.

RETURNS- Because all of our items are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if there's an issue with your order - such as an incorrect item or an error during printing- please contact us as soon as possible at  thebarrelhorselifepodcast@gmail.com so we can make it right. We take pride in the quality of our products and will do our best to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
